Our services are designed exclusively for luxury homes, estates, and premium residences. At this time, we do not provide services for apartments, rental complexes, or small homes.
Do you serve outside these cities?
Yes — for projects valued at $7,000 or more, we extend services across the Denver metro area and throughout Colorado. For select premium landscaping projects valued at $20,000+, we serve homeowners nationwide.
Referral Rewards
How does the referral program work?

Discounts & Promotions
What promotions are available during your soft opening?
All new homeowners receive 20% off their first service, valid for bookings made during our soft-opening campaign. You may also book in advance and lock in this discount for a later date — even for large projects scheduled next spring or summer.
Do discounts apply to all services?
Yes, discounts apply across all departments (mechanics, landscaping, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, pools, snow removal). For high-value projects, long-term discounts may also be available.
Projects, Cancellations & Reschedules
What is your cancellation policy?
Because we reserve premium labor and resources exclusively for each project, cancellations made within 14 days of the project start are subject to a 15% cancellation fee. For large-scale projects ($20,000+), a 25% deposit is applied upfront to reserve labor and materials.
Can I reschedule a project?
Yes. The first reschedule is complimentary with 14+ days notice. Additional reschedules may incur a 10% scheduling fee to cover reserved labor and denied opportunities.

Yes. White Glove Master Care maintains comprehensive insurance policies to protect our clients’ homes, vehicles, and projects — with coverage up to multi-million dollar levels for peace of mind.

Service Beyond Colorado (Landscaping Only)
Do you take on projects outside of Colorado?
Yes — but only through our Landscaping Department. For premium landscaping projects valued at $20,000 or more, we proudly extend our services nationwide. All other services remain exclusive to Colorado.
What if my project is over $10,000 but not landscaping?
Even if the value is above $10,000, non-landscaping projects remain within Colorado only. For larger builds and remodels, we proudly serve across the Denver metro and extended areas such as Colorado Springs, Fort Collins, and other luxury communities statewide.
Can referrals be outside your service area?
Yes. While our core service areas focus on Denver’s most prestigious communities, we honor referrals outside these zones under certain conditions. For example, landscaping projects valued at $20,000 or more are eligible nationwide, while other premium projects valued at $7,000+ are eligible anywhere in Colorado. This ensures that large-scale, luxury projects always qualify, even beyond our core zones.
Can I book in advance and still receive the discount?
Absolutely. During our soft-opening campaign, you may secure your 20% discount by booking in advance, even if the project is scheduled months later — including next spring or summer. For example, if you plan a large landscaping or remodeling project for next year, you can lock in your discount now with a small deposit.
Why does White Glove Master Care provide landscaping services nationwide, while other services are limited to Colorado?
Landscaping is one of our most specialized and high-value departments. Unlike standard home services, large-scale landscaping requires custom design, advanced planning, and precision execution. Our team uses drones, AutoCAD, and other professional design software to deliver tailored, world-class results for estates and luxury properties. Because of this expertise, we extend our landscaping services to homeowners nationwide for projects valued at $20,000 or more. Other services — such as plumbing, electrical, mechanics, and roofing — remain exclusive to Colorado to ensure the highest level of efficiency and client care.
Why do I need to provide proof of ownership?
To protect the integrity of our exclusive programs, all members must verify homeownership before receiving promotions or referral rewards.
