1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the White Glove MasterCare Home Services app (“Service”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
2. Scope of Service
We provide a platform for customers to book licensed technicians for home-care and maintenance services.
We act as a facilitator between clients and independent service professionals (“Technicians”).
3. User Responsibilities
Provide accurate contact and property information.
Ensure safe access for Technicians.
Obtain necessary permissions if not the property owner.
Refrain from misuse, false bookings, or unauthorized recordings of staff.
4. Deposits and Payments
A 20 % deposit is charged upon booking confirmation; the balance is collected after service completion.
Refund rules: Full refund if canceled > 24 hours before service; 50 % if 2–24 hours; no refund within 2 hours or after arrival.
All payments are processed through secure third-party gateways such as Stripe.
5. Scheduling and Arrival
We operate seven days a week and confirm appointments within 12–24 hours.
Arrival times are provided as windows (e.g., 8 AM – 11 AM) to account for traffic and job duration.
6. Safety and Security
Optional voice or camera recordings may be used for safety if approved by the client.
Technicians carry identification and operate under insurance and compliance standards.
7. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule without penalty if requested > 24 hours in advance.
White Glove MasterCare reserves the right to reschedule due to weather, safety, or availability.
8. Liability Limitation
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from service delays or third-party actions.
All claims must be submitted in writing within 14 days of service.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, and design materials belong to White Glove MasterCare LLC. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States.
